At Franklin Hearing Center, you will only see our licensed Doctors of Audiology, who have a combined 60 years of experience servicing those with hearing needs. And our dedicated office staff is happy to walk you through every step of the process, including your first visit, insurance coverage, follow-up care, technical support and financing.  From the minute you walk through the door, you will know that you are receiving the best care possible that is customized for you. We serve the areas of Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro as well as greater Nashville. In addition, we have patients that commute from other states, including Kentucky, Alabama and Georgia.

Cynthia L. Ellison, Au.D
Cynthia L. Ellison, Au.DAudiologist, Owner
Dr. Ellison obtained her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Northern Illinois University and her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Arizona School of Health Sciences. She is licensed in Tennessee and specializes in rehabilitative audiology and Tinnitus.

Dr. Ellison has been involved in her profession nationally; she served as President of Academy of Doctors of Audiology (ADA); was a founding board member of Accreditation Commission for Audiology Education (ACAE); was an Asst. Professor for Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Hearing Center; and was an instructor for Arizona School of Health Sciences’ Distance Learning Program.

Dr. Ellison is married to her wonderful husband and has an amazing daughter and son-in-law and two adorable grandchildren.

Jill C. Kassinger, Au.D.
Jill C. Kassinger, Au.D.Audiologist
Dr. Kassinger obtained her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Murray State University and her Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from University of Louisville. She is licensed in Tennessee and Georgia and specializes in selection and fitting of amplification and assistive devices for treating hearing loss.

Dr. Kassinger fulfilled her clinical externship at Audiological Consultants of Atlanta where she continued in private practice.

After moving to Tennessee in 2008, she served as a professional clinical trainer as well as a territory sales manager for an industry-leading hearing aid manufacturer through 2015.

Dr. Kassinger was raised in Owensboro, KY and currently resides in Franklin with her husband, daughter, and two sons.

Jennifer A. Kilgore, Au.D.

Dr. Kilgore obtained her Bachelor of Science, Master of Science, and Doctorate of Audiology (Au.D.) from the University of Tennessee.

She specializes in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology, as well as fitting and verification of hearing aids. She especially enjoys working with hearing aid Bluetooth technology.

Dr. Kilgore is originally from Memphis, TN, and now lives in Franklin with her husband, son, and two miniature Australian Shepherds.

Madison R. Martin, B.S.

Madison Martin attended Middle Tennessee State University and received a B.S. in Electronic Media Production. She has held multiple management roles and prides herself on her organizational skills.

Madison is the smiling face you will see when you come for a visit. She is great at answering questions and ensures that each one of our patients has a positive experience at Franklin Hearing Center. And when it comes time for billing your insurance or preparing any documents you need, you can count on her.

Madison lives in Murfreesboro. In her free time, she loves to travel, attend concerts (with the proper hearing protection of course!) and cook.

Anna C. Wells, B.S.

Anna Wells obtained her Bachelor in Health Science Biology (with a minor in Chemistry) from Tennessee Technological University. She has worked in the healthcare industry for several years and has been with Franklin Hearing Center since 2013.

Anna is the friendly voice on the other end of the phone when you call and the welcoming smile you receive when you visit. She takes great pleasure in making sure each and every one of our patients’ needs are met.

Anna lives in Franklin with her husband, son and daughter. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family, enjoys listening to live music in Nashville (especially her husband’s music), and traveling the world!
